Hello, My name is Caroline Bloodgood, owner of Discrimination Services of New York. I founded and built DSOFNY in 2008. Owning my own business had always been something that I wanted to do. I never imagined it would be in a service related field. Looking back, I now see how all of my experiences have groomed me for this very position.

I have over 4 years experience. My knowledge covers a wide range, from reports to confidentiality and documents interpretation. Let my experience and commitment work for you!

Assist, collaborate, and develop informational summaries, submissions, requests, and responses for our clients.
Provide assistance and compile information for discrimination complaints.
Guide our clients through the discrimination investigation.
Offer resources on discrimination and discrimination services.
