Support
DSOFNY provides support during this difficult time. During the complaint process and investigation, you will hear and read things that can be and often are devastating to take in. It is during this time that knowing you have someone to talk with, someone that understands your position is comforting and will make this difficult time easier. Not all cases are like this, each is different and unique in it’s own way and does have lasting effects.

DSOFNY can provide you with the most up to date information on all forms of discrimination, their effect and organizations that you may be dealing with. We offer resources on many topics such as Civil Rights, Employment Rights, HUD, EEOC, DHR and Discrimination information, which is available in different languages.
Submissions
Submissions, this is our job! We collaborate, prepare, develop and present your submissions, responses and informational summaries throughout the discrimination investigation. Our years of experience, enable us to develop professional submissions and summaries on your behalf. We also work with mid investigation cases (already in progress.)
